Research interests:

My research interests focus on attentional biases associated with childhood anxiety. So far, I have investigated, in several studies conducted with children aged 5-14 years, the relationship between trait anxiety and selective attention towards emotional information such as emotional faces. The main objective of my future studies is to analyze the mechanisms underlying attentional biases in anxious children. Specifically, I am interested in how the efficiency of attentional control processes might be affected when children are confronted during a cognitive task with emotional facial expression.
